We’re excited to welcome our new learners to Abilene ISD! Whether you’re enrolling a kindergartener, transferring from another district, or returning to AISD after some time away, this is the place to start.
2025 Enrollment Event

🕔 Time: 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Families who attend will receive personalized help with the enrollment process and access to a wide range of district and community resources, including:
Enrollment assistance for new AISD students (Pre-K–12)
Transportation information including routes and eligibility
Nutrition services details regarding school meals, dietary needs, purchasing a la carte items, and more
Information about physicals and immunizations
Helpful resources from local community organizations
AISD Staff will be on hand to answer questions, walk families through next steps, and ensure every student is set up for success. Computer access will be available on-site.
Already a part of AISD? If your student attended an AISD school last year and is returning, this is also a great opportunity to finalize registration for the upcoming school year.
